We are pleased to publish our 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report. Andrew Bruce, our Managing Director, comments below on the progress we have made and our continued focus on closing the gap.

“Our Annual Gender Pay Gap Report gives us a clear and honest picture of where we stand as a business. I’m encouraged to see further progress, with our mean pay gap reducing to 11.3% and our median to 14.9%.
At the same time, the report also makes it clear that there is still more to do.
Our overall gender balance is broadly steady, and we are seeing a positive shift in senior representation, with more women now progressing into senior leadership roles.
We will continue to strengthen career pathways, develop our future leaders, and ensure that progression is based on fairness and opportunity. We’ll also keep listening to colleagues through our engagement channels and using that insight to help shape what we do next.
We want to ensure that Waterman Aspen is always a place where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, develop and succeed.”
