Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

We believe EDI is about making space for our people to grow, feel seen, and know they belong.

Our EDI team is a group of passionate people across the business who help to review, inform, and update our policies and practices to ensure they truly support our colleagues.

By listening to colleagues, analysing data trends and keeping up to date with legislation, we strive to ensure that our EDI strategy is well-informed and positively impacts every colleague at Waterman Aspen.

From our guaranteed interview scheme for veterans, to growing female representation in leadership by 75%, inclusion is part of everything we do. We’ve also built employee-led forums like our Women’s Network, Menopause Café, and LGBTQIA+ Network to make sure every voice is heard.
