Experience required…
Essential:
- BSc or similar in Quantity Surveying
- Graduate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or similar).
- 5 years minimum work experience within the Highways sector.
- Relevant CSCS card.
- NEC Contract Management experience (assessment of Compensation Events, Applications for Payment and Defined Cost).
- Experience in Risk Reduction meetings and Pre-Certification Meetings with the contractor.
- Experience in monthly forecasting.
- Familiar with the MCHW – Method of Measurement for Highway Works.
- Excellent record management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and perform on-site inspections.
- Diligent, proactive with attention to detail.
- Collaborative and practical approach to problem solving.
- Familiarity and competence in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
- Full UK/EU Driving Licence.
Desirable:
- Experienced in using CEMAR or Asite
